Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.astrazenecashlprep.com (the “Service”) operated by AstraZeneca SHL Prep (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, using the Service or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The short version of the refund terms: all purchases are final, and there is no refund if the assessment you are sent turns out to be different from our practice tests. One full test is free so that you can check before you pay. The full wording is under Refunds.

What the Service is

AstraZeneca SHL Prep is an independent practice platform with timed reasoning tests in an interactive, SHL-style format, for candidates preparing for the general ability part of the online assessment that AstraZeneca applicants describe. It does not cover any situational judgement or personality section. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to AstraZeneca PLC, any company in the AstraZeneca group, or SHL Group. Our questions and content are our own preparation materials and are not the real assessment.

AstraZeneca decides which assessment each applicant is sent. It does not publish the contents, and it can change them between programmes, countries and years. What we say about the assessment comes from public sources and from applicants' own reports, which we name on the site. We have no way of knowing what your own invitation will contain, and we make no promise that the assessment you sit will match our practice tests in length, format, difficulty or content.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Who you are buying from

This Service is operated by Coach Tech Ventures. Paid access is sold through DodoPayments, which acts as merchant of record and as the authorised reseller of the product. When you complete a purchase, your payment contract is with DodoPayments: their name appears on your invoice, and they are responsible for payment processing, tax and statutory consumer rights. DodoPayments' buyer terms govern that contract and are presented to you at checkout.

Payments and access

Two plans are available. The price of each and the period of access it buys are shown at checkout before you pay. Access is granted to your account immediately after a successful payment and lasts for the period that plan covers.

There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Access simply ends when the period you bought runs out. You will never be charged again unless you choose to buy again. Buying again while you still have access extends it rather than replacing it.

Refunds

All purchases are final. By completing a payment you agree to the terms in this section.

Because this is digital content delivered immediately, DodoPayments asks you at checkout to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once access begins. Where that consent has been given, access starts at once and the purchase is not refundable on the basis of a change of mind.

If your assessment turns out to be different

A purchase is not refunded because the assessment you were sent, or expect to be sent, differs from our practice tests. That covers an assessment of a different length, in a different format such as multiple choice, from a different provider, with different kinds of question, or with parts that we do not cover. It also covers the case where you are not invited to an assessment at all, or where your application ends before you sit one.

We say this plainly because nobody outside AstraZeneca can know what a given applicant will be sent. One full timed test is free and needs no payment details, so that you can compare our questions with your own invitation, and with the practice questions the test provider shows you, before you decide to pay.

We do not offer discretionary refunds beyond the rights described in DodoPayments' buyer terms. This is a one-off purchase of immediate access to content you can evaluate for free before buying: one full timed test is available at no cost and without payment details, so you can see exactly what you are buying first.

Two exceptions, which we will always put right:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged for a plan you did not select.
• Paid access was not granted to your account after a successful payment, and we cannot restore it.

In either case, email support@astrazenecashlprep.com from the address on the account. Nothing here limits any statutory right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our questions or content.
• Share your account or paid access with others.
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract content from the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, text, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for your own preparation only.

No guarantee

The Service is provided to help you practise. We do not guarantee any particular result, score, or outcome on any real assessment or in any selection process, or that you will be invited to a later stage or offered a role. Information on the Service about AstraZeneca's recruitment process is drawn from public sources and from applicants' own reports, and may be incomplete or out of date. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
